Itinerary

DAY 1 • SATURDAY DUBROVNIK

The new boat MS INVICTUS (2020) will be docked in Dubrovnik Gruž harbour where you can board from 13:00 hours. Welcome meeting will start at 19:00 where you will be introduced by our Cruise director to the Captain, our crew and of course your future fellow passengers with whom you will spend a week on board. Welcome dinner will be served at 19:30.
Passengers arriving in the morning cannot enter their cabins before 13:00 but they can leave luggage on board after 09:00. Captain will wait for all passengers arriving late at night and these guests will be provided with dinner.

DAY 2 • SUNDAY DUBROVNIK – SLANO

After breakfast we will start our pleasant cruise to the Korčula.

After breakfast our English/French speaking guide and coach will come to the pier. After an organized transfer we will arrive to the historical centre of Dubrovnik, the famous city enlisted as UNESCO’s World Heritage site, where your guide will show you the most interesting sights of Dubrovnik. After city tour you will be left on your own to explore the city, visit City Walls or take the cable car to the top of the Mount Srđ.

You will see why this city is called the Pearl of the Adriatic.

At noon we will have transfer from Dubrovnik to boat and start our cruise.
Lunch will be served while cruising to Slano with swim stop on the way.

Optional afternoon excursion to Ston.

We start our tour by coach to Mali Ston, to take “Oyster Experience” boat trip over Mali Ston Bay where families grown oysters for generations.
After welcome drink on wooden boat we will do tour to shellfish farm with a presentation and oyster and mussel tasting on the boat with the glass of the house wine and water.
Upon coming back we will proceed to Ston, fortified town famous for 5-kilometre long walls, a city built in the 15th century according to a plan with a rectangular scheme of streets and squares. Ston is renowned for its delicious oysters and mussels.
Another landmark of Ston is its old salt ponds where the salt is still gathered today in the old way.
After relaxed time we will go back to Slano on board for overnight.
Price per person is 50,00 EUR and it include our cruise escort, return transfer, Oyster Experience tasting with wine.

DAY 3 • MONDAY SLANO – HVAR

We start our day with morning departure towards the sunniest island of Croatia – the island of Hvar, along of the many coves and bays on the way. Lunch and swim stop on the way.
Hvar is one of the most popular, very attractive tourist destinations and a meeting point for the international jet set.

Upon your afternoon arrival at Hvar, a local English/French speaking guide will walk you throughout the town introducing you to the history, culture and way of life on this island. Have an evening in Hvar free on your own to explore and dine around in one of numerous family owned restaurants.

DAY 4 • TUESDAY HVAR-BIŠEVO BLUE CAVE – VIS

Morning cruise to Island Biševo with its Blue cave. The cave has its own natural entrance which is located below sea level, which required that it visitors dive deeply only to resurface into the cave’s mysterious blue depths. This natural phenomenon creates a magical effect of deep blue and shiny silver, mystifying her visitors. However, sometimes High Waves prevent the entrance to Blue Cave, which is something we shall not know before the morning designated for our visit. This is why entrance fees are payable on the spot. Lunch on board.
Continuation to Vis Island and town, a pearl among Croatian Adriatic islands, left untouched by the development of tourism for so many years – due to its strategic location on the open sea, it served as a military zone for many years.
Beautiful beaches, and preserved nature, ecological agriculture and preserved traditional architecture are unique advantages of this unique Croatian island.

DAY 5 • WEDNESDAY VIS – VELA LUKA

We will for start our day with morning departure towards the island of Korčula. We shall stop for a swim before lunch and in the afternoon arrive to Vela Luka, second largest town on Korčula island.

Optional afternoon wine & olive oil tasting excursion by coach.

If you like olive oil, then this is tour for you. Start the exploration with a visit to the Zlokic olive Oil Production founded in 1995. This family is known for being on of the leading olive oil producers on the island. The family’s collection boasts many old-fashioned tools for olive oil making, including a 15th century wooden olive press and an 18th century hydraulic compression system. The family’s oil mill covers 700 square meters and gives the visitor the chance to understand more this elixir of the Gods. As part of their facilities, the Zlokic Family has a “sports field” typical for Dalmatia where the traditional game “Boce” is being played. After tasting the olive oil, check out this game prior to continue to the small town of Blato and the Barilo Family Museum.
The Barilo ethnographic collection offers a unique and unforgettable experience of the island and shows the life and the costumes of our ancestors. The ethno house Barilo with the ethnographic collection is exceptional for both Blato and the island. The objects were collected for many years and they come from all the aspects of life – there are elements of agricultural tools, formal clothing, furniture, traditional crafts…
The island exploration will continue with a visit to the Toreta Winery with wine tasting. This family boutique winery in Smokvica produces wines from indigenous grape varieties such as Posip, Rukatac and Plavac. The winery was named after the “Toreta” – field stone shelter that can still be found in some parts of Smokvica. This wine tasting will be enriched with a collection of equipment used by many family generations during the wine production

We will have Captain’s dinner that evening on board with live music entertainment.

DAY 6 • THURSDAY VELA LUKA – KORČULA – NATIONAL PARK MLJET

Morning cruise towards Korčula town, on Korčula Island. Korčula is a city known as a birthplace of Marko Polo, the famous explorer. Our English/French speaking guide will do Korčula City tour, and walk us through narrow and cobbled streets. Lunch on board and cruise to Mljet National Park where we expect to come in the afternoon, (entrance fees are not included). You will have just enough time to explore park, to walk around the Great and Small Lake and Islet of St. Mary with its Benedictine Monastery from the 12th century and, of course, to take a swim in the heart of National Park.

DAY 7 • FRIDAY – NATIONAL PARK MLJET – ELAPHITI ISLANDS

Today’s day is to enjoy. Morning cruise by magnificent shores of the Elaphiti islands archipelago, to the northwest of Dubrovnik, with a swim stops along a way. Lunch on board and second swim stop.
Overnight at Elaphiti Island, at one of the small picturesque peaceful fishermen’s villages on the Islands.

DAY 8 • SATURDAY – ELAPHITI ISLANDS – DUBROVNIK

Morning cruise from our last stop to Dubrovnik Gruž port where we will arrive by 09:00 hours.

Closed Circuit Video surveillance, complete navigation equipment, fire alarm, smoke detectors, life rafts and tenders are there for your personal safety.
